General terms and conditions

This website and the related services are provided by Rolaxit Innovation, operating through Rolaxit Innovation Ltd (United Kingdom) and Rolaxit Innovation SRL (Romania). Accessing this site and using our services implies your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Rolaxit Innovation reserves the right to revise these Terms for good cause — for example due to technological changes, an extension of our offer, or legislative changes. We may revise, change, modify, delete or suspend any part of the website and/or any of the services we offer, without prior notice. We assume no responsibility for any interruption of any or all functionality of the site or services, except as otherwise agreed directly with the client.

The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal agreed with the client.

Quotes, fees and payments

We do not publish fixed prices; each project is quoted individually. After a discovery call we send a tailored proposal. By accepting a proposal or placing an order, the client confirms that the data provided is correct, complete and true, and agrees that Rolaxit Innovation may contact them by any available means in connection with the engagement.

Where online card payments are used, processing is handled by our payment processor over a secure connection; we do not store your full card details. Any currency‑conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Rolaxit Innovation may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the transaction is invalidated by the processor, or the data provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Conditions of use

Where we provide access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under them. We may suspend access at our discretion if these Terms or other contractual obligations are breached. We aim to keep the site and services available continuously but cannot be held responsible if they are temporarily unavailable.

You must not use the site or services to upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use, content containing private information without consent, or content that is unlawful, encourages crime, is discriminatory, or harms the interests of any individual or entity.

Confidential information

"Confidential Information" means non‑public information disclosed by either party, verbally, in writing or in any tangible form. Each party agrees to keep the other's Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose it without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by a court or competent authority — in which case the disclosing party will be notified promptly where lawfully possible.

All content on this site — including logos, stylised representations, images, text and multimedia — is the exclusive property of Rolaxit Innovation, with all rights reserved. Unless otherwise stated, content may be reproduced only for personal, non‑commercial use, or with our express written consent, and all copyright notices must be retained.

Limitation of liability

Rolaxit Innovation makes no warranties regarding the security of this website and you acknowledge that information submitted may potentially be intercepted.
